I've been exercising during my lunch hour for a few weeks to prepare for a charity ride on Super Bowl Sunday that will take me on a 60 mile journey. The focus this week is on building back and core strength and today I ran a few miles on the treadmill and then a 15 min Ab Burner workout and a 15 min Shaped Back workout using the NTC App. Let me tell ya, I was toast and there were puddles of sweat on the gym floor.
